		The Cool School Cafe® Manufacturer Alliance, founded in 1995, is an industry leader in School Foodservice marketing. As Cool School Cafe® Manufacturer Alliance members, manufacturers are provided unique opportunities to get their brands in front of over 43 million students nationwide. In addition to significant brand exposure, association with CSCMA is proven to positively impact product sales and create loyal purchasing practices within the powerful K-12 channel. Our school district members are equally rewarded for participating in the Cool School Cafe® program. They have access to the CSCMA menu planner and other tools on our website. They receive communications throughout the year that provide program updates and valuable industry information. They know they can expect high quality products from CSCMA Member Manufacturers and enjoy redeeming points, acquired through qualifying purchases, for hundreds of great items from the Cool School Cafe® catalog.

School District Enrollment

Simply call Cool School Cafe® Customer Service team at (800) 468-3287, or click on the “Contact Us” tab and email your contact information to us. We’ll provide you with web site security information to access our menu planning and merchandising tools, view your account, browse our catalog and redeem points online.

Depositing Points

Send Proof of Qualifying Purchases
The Cool School Cafe® program year duration is from August 1 through July 31 each year. Submit point deposits frequently to keep your account up to date. (for example: monthly, quarterly, etc.) Deposits for the current program year must be postmarked by August 15.

		Request a Velocity or Usage Report from your distributor(s) that reflects your CSCMA qualifying purchases for a specified date range.
		Provide a copy of the Cool School Points Summary Sheet from our website (we can also email you a PDF copy), indicating which manufacturer products should be included in your report. Or you may refer to your individual distributor invoices.
		Review and highlight qualifying purchases reflected on the distributor velocity report.
		Transfer subtotals to a Cool School Point Summary Sheet. Mail your Summary Sheet and Distributor Reports to: Cool School Cafe 12925 Prosperity Ave Becker, MN 55308

Create an Order
You may purchase from our catalog as frequently as you would like.

		Login to browse the catalog and place an order from our website. The Cool School Cafe® online ordering system will automatically calculate your order total, add appropriate shipping & handling charges, and deduct the applicable points from your Cool School Cafe® account.
