Can I enroll in Cool School?
Any K-12 Foodservice operation is eligible to enroll and begin earning Cool School Points. There is one account per district. If you do not know if your operation qualifies, contact us and we will help you.
How can I enroll?
To join the Cool School Cafe program, simply click here. This will bring you to the enrollment page where you will be asked to complete a form with your K-12 Foodservice operation and contact information.
I wasn't able to finish completing the enrollment form. What should I do?
If you were not able to complete the enrollment form, you will need to start over. Click here to go to the enrollment form. You can always contact Customer Support for help
I have a new email address. Can I still log in?
Yes. Use the email address that you had used to enroll. Once you have accessed the site, click on your name in the upper right of the screen to update your email address along with any other account information. Once you have finished, simply click the "Update Profile" button, and an email will be sent to Cool School Cafe Customer Support for processing.
Where can I find a complete list of rewards?
Cool School Cafe is continuously working to keep the rewards fresh and cool. It’s best to check online often for the most recent rewards.
When can I begin accumulating Cool School Cafe points?
Immediately. Qualifying purchase dates are July 1 - June 30 for each school year. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for points to be deposited.
Are points transferable?
No. Points will stay active in the original account to which they were deposited.
How can I find out more about Member Manufacturer qualifying products?
If you would like additional information on any products or would like a salesperson to follow up, visit our Member Manufacturer pages and click on "Request Qualifying Product Information" at the bottom of each page. Complete and submit the associated online form. Customer Support is available 8:00am - 5:00pm CST to answer product-related questions or pass along specific requests to any Member Manufacturers.
What should I send to verify purchases?
The simplest and most efficient way to verify purchases is to request a velocity/usage report from your distributor(s). This report should list a summary of your qualifying product purchases for the time period specified. We will also accept copies of individual distributor invoices.
When should I send purchase verification?
Please submit verification as often as possible to help us maintain your Cool School Cafe account balance. We strongly suggest submitting verification quarterly or more frequently to keep your account current.
What if the manufacturers' product code numbers do not match the code numbers on the distributor reports or invoices?
Occasionally a distributor will assign a product code number that is different from the manufacturer's code. If there is any question, ask your distributor for verification.
When can I redeem my Cool School Cafe points for rewards?
You may redeem rewards at any time by clicking the Rewards link throughout the year using your Cool School Cafe points.
What is the process for placing a Cool School Cafe order?
You may click here to go to the "Rewards" page. From there, you can browse the great rewards available and follow the simple process to redeem your reward.
How long does it take to get my rewards?
You can expect to receive your rewards within 4-6 weeks after placing an order.
How do I know how many points have been accumulated?
You may view your account information or call (800) 468-3287 to check your account balance.
